If you live outside of driving distance to Indian Wells, CA, we would like to facilitate the convenience of your travel to the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort.
This applies if you plan to fly into Palm Springs Airport (PSP):
We have made special arrangements with a local cab/shuttle company that has agreed to take your advance reservations and keep a schedule of guests arriving into PSP on September 30th, and October 1st and 2nd. They company will attempt to group arriving guests so that cabs and shuttles can be shared at a reduced rate. At the same time, you should make a reservation for your ride back on October 5th.
La Quinta Cab will offer a flat rate to our participants of $55 per van/car each way from Palm Springs airport to the Renaissance Esmeralda. The ride can be split by passengers of up to six in a van and four in a car.
