The Association for Global New Thought’s Awakened World Conference has returned, and we would like to invite your community to add its name to the impressive Council of Promotional Partners who have already committed to support this event. This council of supporters will be named in the event’s collectible Program Book, on the AGNT website, and other related publications.

As a Promotional Partner, we are not asking for any monetary donation. Instead, we ask that your organization help us promote this event to your lists and networks via whatever strategies suit your unique identity as an individual or organization.  

Your assistance could include, for example:

• Announce Awakened World at services or classes
• Sermon or class based on evolutionary concepts (we provide notes)
• Se-up a table on Sunday, in your bookstore, or at a special event
• Publish a an article (we provide background text) in your newsletter
• Include announcement in your weekly bulletin or e-newsletter
• Add a personalized endorsement of this event on behalf of your organization to the top of the event announcement and email it to your personal or community’s contact list
• Add our event to an appropriate, well-visited page of your website
• Add our event image/link and a 1-line endorsement to an appropriate, well-visited page of your website (such as your homepage)

There are 2 LEVELS of Promotional Partnership that you can have with AGNT.

1.    Promote Only: We would deeply appreciate any support you could show for AGNT in promoting this conference using the above suggestions (or any you come up with on your own). Let us know you plan to participate so we can acknowledge your partnership in our Program Book..

2.    Promote and Track: As a fundraiser for your organization, you would receive back a sharing (5%) of the registration fees you were responsible for bringing in. After the conference, AGNT will send funds based on the final number of registrations that come in through your group.

How To Participate in “Share-back” Program:

A. Choose a set name/code for your group and email it along with your full contact information to conference@agnt.org. SUBJECT LINE SHOULD READ: Promotional Partner.

B. You would then announce this to your group and help us track who registers as a result of your promotion:
** Make sure the registrants indicate your group’s name/code in the “comments” section of the online registration form. The same holds for forms printed out and mailed, and for phone registration.

To make your job as easy as possible, we’ve created a Promotional Partner Kit that includes an event announcement (in HTML and PLAIN TEXT version), as well as website announcements and event images. We’ll tell you how to easily download posters, brochures, cards, etc. at www.agnt.org. SO… If you feel called to help us get the word out, please contact conference@agnt.org and we will email you the basic materials.  These include everything you will need to help AGNT spark interest in this unique Awakened World Conference, and get your presence out there in our larger New Thought community as well!
