Dear Prospective Vendor,

The Association for Global New Thought is preparing for its upcoming Awakened World Conference: “The Evolution of Revolution: Shining Dawn’s Early Light on Spirit, Science, and the System, scheduled for October 1-5, 2008 in Palm Desert, CA. We are now accepting applications for exhibitors and vendors for the “Awakened Village” exhibit hall. We invite you to review the enclosed conference information and vendor application to see if your product or service might be in resonance with the theme of the event.

Awakened World 2008 promises to be a unique and inspiring conference experience. We move this year to the breathtaking Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa, an ideal setting for this revolutionary event. Through Plenaries, Interactive Roundtables, Open Space, Music and Meditation, world-renowned presenters and the best of New Thought’s loyal friends we will provide the tools, expertise, contacts and resources to bring these unique gifts to life in the world!

It is important to us that this theme carries through all aspects of the conference. This is an excellent opportunity to share your products and services with the conference participants. You are also encouraged to register for the full conference and enjoy the exceptional speakers and presenters during the five-day gathering.

Exhibit space is very limited this year but we will do our best to accommodate the needs of all our vendors. Please be sure to send a description or photos of your proposed display. One 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs will be provided upon request for each space reserved. Electrical access and telecommunications will be provided upon request, with charges to be paid by the exhibitor.

See application form for fees. PLEASE NOTE: Your exhibit badge does not include access to conference events. However, we offer a heavily discounted fee of $275 for a full conference badge (limit two per exhibit space). Lodging information can be found in the conference brochure as well.

Please return the attached application form with your payment to reserve your space. Also include a description/pictures of your display and product. The exhibitor application deadline is August 1, 2008. Please note that exhibit space is very limited this year. You are advised to submit the application form and payment as soon as possible as vendors will be reviewed and accepted on a first come – first served basis.
