RATES AND POLICIES
Full Package includes:
Air, Lodging, Meals, Receptions, Concerts, Ground Transport, Tourism and Conference Fees
• The conference roster will fill up quickly. Because space is strictly limited, registrations will be accepted in the order received when paid in full, or accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total.
• You have the option to choose a two-payment plan. Pay a deposit of 50% of your total (see chart above) at time of registration. Your balance will be due 120 days from date of registration (we will send a reminder 30 days prior). PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering anytime after April 1st, 2012 your balance will be due no later than August 1st.
• Our two-payment plan is not available for Early Bird Registration. To qualify for this reduced rate, payment is due in full on or before February 29, 2012.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund – minus $50 processing fee – will be offered until April 1st, 2012. If you register after April 1, 2012, 30% of your full registration total is non-refundable (because of deposits made to vendors under contract). If you need to cancel, you may re-assign your registration to another person – up to one month before departure date – with no processing charge.
Trip Insurance
When traveling overseas, it is always a good idea to purchase independent travel insurance, in case of cancellation due to illness or death in family, weather, trip delays, legal appearances, or issues related to your travel supplier or carrier. Association for Global New Thought * International Interreligious Peace Council * Interreligious Engagement Project 21, acting as coordinators of the Awakened World 2012 Conference, assume no responsibility or liability concerning actions in connection with the service of any vessel, train, carriage, aircraft, motor coach or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance or its duty to the passenger. AGNT * IIPC * IEP21 will not be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. The published itinerary is the intended plan of implementation. In the event, however, that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made and AGNT * IIPC * IEP21 shall be held harmless. If the itinerary or arrangements are altered, any additional expenses shall be borne by the passengers; conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. Contracts or arrangements between the passenger and airlines are solely between them whereby AGNT * IIPC * IEP21 do not incur any responsibilities for any travel arrangements made by the passenger. AGNT * IIPC * IEP21 assumes no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons. AGNT * IIPC * IEP21 shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the applicant because of any act of terrorism or other acts of God, or any action taken by any third party such as an airline because of concerns regarding potential terrorism.
