Season for Peace and Non-Violence: "Being a 'Yes' to Spirit"
This interactive workshop, designed to evoke spiritually-inspired social action, focuses on the Season for Peace and Non-Violence: its history and its projects. We’ll embark on a step-by-step journey using real examples that illustrate how the perennial principles taught in Unity contribute to the co-creation of a world that works for all. Expect an overview that includes “catching God’s vision,” defining the event or project, releasing obstacles and blocks, listening for Spirit’s guidance, giving and receiving support, maintaining a harmonious environment, co-creating a successful event or project and celebrating one another’s spiritual gifts and authentic spiritual growth. Aligned with Spirit, each conscious interaction awakens us to who we are and teaches us “how to play together well.”
This workshop has something for the novice exploring greater participation in their community and the seasoned organizer desiring greater spiritual depth in their projects and events. How is Spirit calling you to contribute to a world that works for all?
Location & Time: Unity in Lynnwood, 16727 Alderwood Mall Parkway, Lynnwood WA 98037
