WHAT CAN YOU DO WITHIN YOURSELF

 

1.   Commit yourself to make forgiveness as natural and as important as breathing and eating in your life.

2.   Remind yourself that forgiveness is always a choice and one that will get you out of the victim role and will empower you to live in the present by releasing the painful past.

3.   Have the Peace of God as your only goal every day of your life.

4.   Remember that forgiveness is the key to peace and happiness and is the bridge to God and all that is Sacred.

5.   Remind yourself that when we forgive it does not mean that we are condoning, agreeing with an outrageous act, but it does means that we are willing to let go of the toxins of anger, rage, hate and grievances that are causing a hole in our own hearts.

6.   Remember that forgiveness means letting go all hoes for a better past.

7.   Remind yourself that the key word to forgiving is willingness; it is the willingness to give our anger to God and trust that it will be transformed into Love.

8.   Know that we can live our lives one second at time where Love, Forgiveness and Compassion become our way of life. 

9.   Remember that forgiveness is bridge that makes alive in our lives the premise that Love is Letting Go of Fear.

10. Know in your heart and mind that Love is ForGiving.
