We are in an exciting period of transformation. The “dynamic duo” of Spirit and Action are reawakening in the consciousness of people across the globe. It’s a key moment for collaborative leadership to play a role in this new era of change and responsibility; deep exchange between our generations has never been more important.

Because you are playing a significant role in the awakening of global consciousness for generations to come, we would be honored if you would join us for what AGNT President, Michael Beckwith, affectionately calls the Generation Now retreat. The meeting is convened by the Association for Global New Thought and you will be among approximately ten-twelve of your peers whose work is shaping new narratives and strategies for grassroots activism on a global level. The Leadership Council of the Association for Global New Thought includes ten ministers from the largest New Thought organizations in the United States. Our role will be to take direction from your dialogues with regard to the innovative programs, trends, and technologies in which you are now engaged. We will then do our best to help you get them out into the world through our own substantial networks.

We’re looking forward to being with you for a powerful convergence of soul force. We are committed to supporting ways in which we can catalyze our collective field of potential toward a leap in consciousness and action for the benefit of all.

 

QUALITIES OF LEADERSHIP DEMONSTRATED BY INVITEES:

Clearly manifests a sense that there are spiritual, universal values, principles and ethics that underlie and empower the foundation of his or her intentions and actions; is evolutionary in leadership style, rather than successful in a “business-as-usual” way.

Is recognized by their peers as a leader/innovator at a national and or global level—
with local action and community-building a plus.

Plays a significant role in the awakening of global consciousness for generations to come.

Work is shaping new narratives and strategies for grassroots activism on a global level.

Can present track record of leading-edge innovations now in progress.

Significant web presence and community-building and/or outreach expertise.

Has cultivated own major networks and is willing to use them in service of projects.

Collaborates with peers to expand individual work and can provide demonstration of collaborations.

Has published/distributed/recorded/documented deliverable results as a leader in field, and can submit papers, books, articles, recordings, videos, web designs/presence, reports showing evidence that those results actively support their mission.
