WELCOME!

The late Bro. Wayne Teasdale, dear friend of the Association for Global New Thought, wrote in his book: The Mystic Heart…

“Humanity stands at a crossroads between horror and hope. In choosing hope, we must seed a new consciousness, a radically fresh approach to life drawing its inspiration from perennial spiritual and moral insights, intuition and experience. We call this new awareness Interspiritual, implying not the homogenization of religion, but the recovering of the shared mystic heart beating in the center of the world’s deepest spiritual traditions.”

Spiritual and religious belief systems shape worldviews that, in turn, determine cultural norms. We believe that discord between and among cultures is a symptom of human woundedness catalyzed by failed understanding. When compassionately understood, the diverse wisdom of our spiritual legacies give rise to healing. WE DO have a hand in determining whether cultures evolve, or merely change.

Today, we’re right in the middle of a planet-wide values shift. Its implications for religion, spirituality, inter-cultural healing and personal development are profound, indeed. At its very heart lie new understandings of peace and nonviolence, social / economic justice, human rights, and ecological sustainability.

Through Sunday Services, prayer gatherings, community events, and workshops focusing on interfaith communication and harmony, YOU can Be The Change in your spiritual center and beyond. Everything you need to participate, as well as personal support and coaching by AGNT leaders, can be found, FREE, right here….

SEPTEMBER 11th ANNIVERSARY MEMORIAL AND SUNDAY SERVICE

Contribute healing from your own corner of the world by conducting, or participating in, a special Sunday Service to commemorate this somber anniversary. We can no longer afford to react in the old ways condemnation, hatred, judgment and revenge. Rather, we are part of a new story that puts reconciliation, understanding and forgiveness at the front of our choices. Christians, Muslims, and Jews worldwide share the Patriarch, Abraham; this SIIC event seeks to bring a sense of harmony back into the hearts of our ancestral families.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE:

Everything you need to know about the UN's International Day of Peace, September 21. We have included many educational materials, student resources, and additional information on UNESCO's Culture of Peace.

GLOBAL ONENESS DAY:

Humanity’s Team is collecting at least 100,000 signatures to appeal to the United Nations and a broad coalition of partners to celebrate a global Oneness Day, a day set aside and embraced by individuals, communities and nations each year during which people celebrate, discuss, demonstrate and thus experience our commonality, while still acknowledging and respecting our beautiful cultural diversity . . . a shared day to unite in Oneness every year for the greater good of the Human Family. This year, contribute your video message to peers across the world, and bring messages from new global friends into your own home and sanctuary. Find out HOW.
